The Open Bibliographic Data Guide has been developed for JISC and the UK Resource Discovery Task Force by David Kay (Sero Consulting), Paul Miller (Cloud of Data) and Owen Stephens (Owen Stephens Consultancy), with web design by Dan Moat (Tahninial).
The team is grateful for the support of a large number of interested parties in reviewing the work under development and of Andy McGregor as the JISC Programme Manager.
